8. How is the waste managed? Integrated recycling facilities? Automated underground system like we have in the Western Harbour in Malmö?
SR: Waste is managed by Peel Media in partnership with an external waste contractor providing recycling facilities to all residents/tenants at MC.

9. How do you make the most of your sustainable community when you have moved in? Any educational efforts to inform the tenants about sustainable everyday life (indoor temperature, recycling, saving tap water, using public transports, smart metering…)
SR: All tenants are provided with information on their particular property, as well as maintenance information. Site-wide information is available on the website & through tenant liaison groups. The Peel Media facilities/property team provide information & advice on waste, smart meters etc, and encourage energy savings through liaison meetings etc. All buildings have the appropriate metering strategy to give tenants up to date information on their energy use and habits.
